We are investigating territorial defense behavior against intruders at the nesting

ハヤブサ１羽確認。前日と同じ位置(右奥)

10:12 ハヤブサ１羽が西へ飛び立つ
(反省) 飛び立ちそうな予感がありカメラを向けていたが、その後すぐに飛び立った瞬間シャッターを押せなかった。予感は当たっていた。

まとめ (Summary)
朝から天気もよく風もあったので他の猛禽類も乱舞となるかと思っていたが実際は穏やかな時間が流れる展開だった。観察途中の「予測できたが記録できなかった」のは大いに反省すべき点。結果写真を1枚も撮らずに終わってしまった。
Despite favorable weather and wind conditions in the morning, which led me to expect heigtened activity from other raptors, the observation period was generally calm. One significant point of reflection was that although a behavioral event was anticipated, it was not successfully recorded.Ultimately, the session concluded without captuering any photographs.
